The Ivy pairs a frosted oval glass globe with an aluminum base, finished in color. The glass is what makes the light soft: it spreads the bulb into an even glow rather than a bright point. It runs on a braided fabric cord rather than bare plastic.
Yes. The Ivy has a USB-C port in the base, so it charges a phone or earbuds from the same spot it lights. That makes it one of the few lamps in the range that replaces a charger on a nightstand or desk. Note the Wood version does not have the port.
Yes. A slider on the cord dims it smoothly from a low glow to full brightness with no smart bulb needed, and the lamp remembers the setting when you switch it back on. The light is a warm 2700K.
No, and that is the design. The frosted oval glass globe spreads light evenly in all directions for a soft pool of light around the lamp. The globe is fixed, so place the Ivy where you want that glow.
Yes, a 4 watt, 400 lumen LED bulb is included in a warm 2700K tone. It is a small G4 pin bulb rather than a standard household screw bulb, so check the type before buying a replacement. Note the Ivy is not designed to work with smart bulbs.
Four: Red, Teal, Cream and Wood. The glass globe is the same on all of them, so the color is the base. Wood is the one to check before buying, because it does not include the USB-C port.
The Ivy is minimal and modern, with the glass globe doing the decorating. The USB-C port makes it a nightstand and desk lamp first, and the color range means it also works as the single bright note in an otherwise neutral room.
The Ivy is small: about 9 inches tall and 7.4 inches across, close to the size of a large coffee mug with its saucer, at 3.5 lbs. It fits a narrow nightstand or the corner of a desk without taking the surface over.
The Ivy ships in a 13.3 by 9.5 by 7.3 inch carton at 4.7 lbs, a standard parcel, well under any oversized limit.
No real assembly. The bulb is fitted, so unpack the lamp, plug it in and use the slider on the cord. Under 5 minutes.
Two is common for a bedroom, one on each nightstand, and it keeps the USB-C port on both sides of the bed. If you want the pair to look deliberate rather than matched, the four colors are the same shape, so a Teal and a Cream read as a set.
The Ivy is covered by a 5 year warranty and is UL Listed, with US based customer service.
