Jaxon Floor Lamp

Jaxon has a metal frame with a fabric drum shade. Its three tripod legs cross over each other, and at 21 by 24 inches the leg spread is wider than most tripod lamps, which is what gives it its stability.

Jaxon's tripod legs are its main feature: they crisscross rather than simply splaying out, giving it a distinct silhouette and a wide, stable footprint. It has no built-in dimmer.

Not from the lamp. Jaxon has an on/off switch only, so dimming means fitting a dimmable smart bulb or using a plug-in dimmer.

No. Jaxon has a drum shade, which sends most of the light up toward the ceiling and down toward the floor, with a softer glow through the fabric. The tripod is fixed once assembled, so you aim Jaxon by where you place it.

Yes, a 9.5 watt, 800 lumen, 3000K LED bulb is included. It uses a standard A19 bulb on an E26 base, so replacements are available anywhere.

Jaxon comes in three: Pleated Brass, with a pleated shade, and Antique Brass and Black with a plain shade. All three share the same crisscrossing tripod legs.

Jaxon is a modern tripod lamp whose crisscrossing legs give it a graphic silhouette that is as much decor as light source. It suits living rooms and reading corners where the lamp is meant to be noticed.

Jaxon stands 60 inches tall, about 5 feet, a few inches shorter than the average woman (about 5'4"). The crisscrossing legs spread to about 21 by 24 inches at the base, wider than a typical tripod lamp, so plan for that full spread.

No, Jaxon is not oversized. It ships in a flat carton measuring 17.9 by 17.8 by 4.5 inches at 10.41 lbs, light enough for one person to carry in.

Assembly is required: the three crisscrossing legs attach to the body and the shade sets on top. Expect a few minutes with the included hardware.

One Jaxon works on its own beside a chair or sofa. For a symmetrical layout, a matching pair in the same finish clears the $99 free shipping threshold on its own.

Jaxon is covered by a 5 year warranty and is UL Listed, with US based customer service.
