Lark Floor Lamp

The Lark is metal from the base to the arc, with a woven rattan shade. The metal base is round, 12 inches across, and weighs 13.67 lbs on its own, which is what holds a 33 inch arc steady. The rattan is what softens the light: it glows through the weave instead of throwing a hard edge.

The Lark is not adjustable: the arc and the shade are fixed. Its feature is the reach. The arc carries the shade 33 inches out from the base, so the light lands over a chair or sofa while the base stays out of the way. A foot switch on the cord turns it on, and it accepts a smart bulb if you want app or voice control.

Not from the lamp itself, which is on or off at the foot switch. It takes a standard A19 bulb with an E26 base and works with smart bulbs, so fitting a dimmable smart bulb adds dimming, scheduling and voice control.

The shade hangs open at the bottom, so the Lark sends its light down onto whatever sits beneath it, and the woven shade lets a softer glow through the sides. The shade does not tilt, so you aim the Lark by where you stand it.

Yes. A 9 watt, 800 lumen LED bulb is included, about the light of a 60 watt incandescent, in a warm 3000K tone. It is a standard A19 bulb with an E26 base, so replacements are available anywhere.

Assembly is required: the pole sections thread together, seat into the base, and the shade attaches at the socket. No tools are needed and it takes about 10 minutes.
